Has worked on design and execution projects such as Northfront Tracking Station - Gibraltar (PM), Misra El Amria textile project - Egypt (as projects director), Honda new car plant - Swindon (contracts director), Sun-Tec city - Singapore (projects director), KLCC Kuala Lumpur city centre (projects director), British Gas Research Centre - Loughborough UK (contracts director)
Involved in the design and development of the low pressure Water Mist system, and continuing development and use of BurnStop™ firefighting liquids
BurnStop™ liquids have now been used on some of the world's major buildings and projects
Eric's knowledge and vast experience in the fire industry is unequalled

Donald started his business career at the age of 6 years old sweeping the factory floor for his father
Within 18 years at Cooper Canada, the family business, which in 2 generations went from 15 employees to 2800 employees, becoming the world's leading maker of hockey equipment and a Canadian brand icon
Later became an award-winning fashion retailer, receiving 7 awards for excellence and was voted Canada's outstanding innovative retailer
Now, a world-renowned business speaker and coach, awarded the highest designation for professional speaking (CSP) and inducted into the Canadian speaking Hall of Fame
Donald's eye for innovative products and his keen interest in the safety of people worldwide brings his expertise in business development to Elan Fire Proection Systems Ltd

Paul’s experience as a Pre commissioning Senior project manager have seen him work on the largest projects in this field which include the UK, Ireland, North Africa, Spain, Qatar, Dubai, Singapore, India, Malaysia, Azerbaijan and Australia creating teams of engineers for developing documentation by following standards and maintaining a safe HSE environment within his field.
Paul now brings this expertise to Elan FPS where he is sharing his valuable experience.

Over 30 years in the fire protection industry
Instrumental to the development and completion of many high budget projects
Has worked within the fire protection industry under many roles, including Design Engineer, Service Engineer, and Project Manager

Experience in administration and credit control within the fire protection industry
Vast knowledge within finance and the fire safety industry in general

Extensive knowledge of systems analysis and computer science, with over 10 years of study while serving in the British Army
Worked at Nortel Networks, a North American global telecoms giant, for 6 years, working in many countries and receiving multiple awards for customer care
Set up his own telecoms company, working for all major telelphone and cable compaines in the UK
